Your Respon­si­bi­li­ties:

As an Insi­de Sales Repre­sen­ta­ti­ve / Sales Staff (m/f/d), you will be acti­ve in the area of quo­ta­ti­on and order pro­ces­sing. You will pro­cess and qua­li­fy leads and hand­le sales-rela­ted con­tract manage­ment. You will sup­port our exis­ting cus­to­mers and main­tain cus­to­mer data and cus­to­mer pro­jects in our CRM sys­tem. Fur­ther­mo­re, you will be signi­fi­cant­ly respon­si­ble for buil­ding up our cus­to­mer base in France.

In this inter­face posi­ti­on, you will coor­di­na­te inter­nal mee­tings in clo­se con­sul­ta­ti­on with our spe­cia­list depart­ments and crea­te qua­li­fied quo­ta­ti­ons and order con­fir­ma­ti­ons. Sup­port­ing our field sales team is also part of your duties.
Your scope of work also includes the con­ti­nuous fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of our pro­duct port­fo­lio in clo­se coope­ra­ti­on with our back-office team.

Your Pro­fi­le:

  • Edu­ca­tio­nal back­ground: You hold a degree in engineering/a tech­ni­cal field, are a cer­ti­fied tech­ni­ci­an in the field of metal or elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring, or pos­sess an equi­va­lent qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on or trai­ning.
  • Per­so­na­li­ty: You have an enga­ging per­so­na­li­ty and a con­fi­dent man­ner – sel­ling com­plex, tech­ni­cal pro­ducts that requi­re expl­ana­ti­on is your pas­si­on.
  • Working style: You work inde­pendent­ly, pre­cis­e­ly, and in a struc­tu­red man­ner.
  • Expe­ri­ence: Ide­al­ly, you have alre­a­dy gai­ned pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in sales back-office, sales assis­tance, or a simi­lar role.
  • IT Skills: You are pro­fi­ci­ent in using the enti­re MS Office suite.
  • Cus­to­mer focus: You have a “natu­ral talent” for deal­ing with cli­ents and are high­ly ser­vice- and cus­to­mer-ori­en­ted.
  • Lan­guage skills: You have excel­lent writ­ten and ver­bal com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills in both Ger­man and French.
  • Team spi­rit: With your strong team spi­rit, you pro­mo­te cohe­si­on and col­la­bo­ra­ti­on among col­le­agues.

We are offe­ring the fol­lo­wing app­ren­ti­ce­ship posi­ti­ons for the upco­ming trai­ning year:

In terms of basic metal trai­ning, the app­ren­ti­ce­ship as a pro­duc­tion mecha­nic clo­se­ly resem­bles the job pro­files of a machi­nist, indus­tri­al mecha­nic, or con­s­truc­tion mecha­nic.
The pri­ma­ry focus of the acti­vi­ty lies in the machi­ning and manu­fac­tu­ring of indi­vi­du­al parts, as well as the assem­bly of com­ple­te, some­ti­mes com­plex com­pon­ents.

Your app­ren­ti­ce­ship will include the fol­lo­wing are­as:

  • Basic trai­ning in metal­wor­king
  • Manu­fac­tu­ring and fur­ther pro­ces­sing of indi­vi­du­al parts and com­pon­ents
  • Assem­bly of mecha­ni­cal com­pon­ents accor­ding to tech­ni­cal docu­men­ta­ti­on

Your pro­fi­le:

  • At least a qua­li­fy­ing secon­da­ry school cer­ti­fi­ca­te (e.g., Ger­man “Qua­li­fi­zie­ren­der Mit­tel­schul­ab­schluss”)
  • Abili­ty to work in a team / Team play­er skills
  • Tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding / Tech­ni­cal apti­tu­de
