Product characteristics

Application

General temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous media such as air, steam, water, oil, etc., in systems operating under positive or negative pressure.

Temperature range

Up to +500°C

Advantages

A blind flange mounted or welded onto the protection tube, usually in accordance with DIN EN 1092, enables an absolutely leak-tight connection of the temperature sensor to the system.

Sheathed measuring insert / resistance thermometer

  • Pt100 temperature sensor in accordance with DIN EN 60751
  • Optional versions with, for example, Pt500 or Pt1000 sensors also available
  • 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configuration
  • For special applications (accuracy), we recommend the use of measuring resistors with reduced tolerance. The resistance values and tolerance limits of our resistance thermometers comply with DIN EN 60751.

Design

  • Various connection heads available
  • Sheathed measuring insert diameters from 2.0 to 8.0 mm possible
  • Outer protection tubes made of corrosion-resistant or heat-resistant steels, optionally ceramic materials

Mounting / process connection

Blind flange in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1 (various sizes available).
