Product characteristics

Application

Temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media such as air, steam, water, oil, etc., at high flow velocities and/or pressures.

Temperature range

Up to +450°C

Advantages

Special weld-in thermowells are suitable for pressures up to 700 bar.
Guideline values for load capacity can be taken from the diagrams of DIN 43772.

Sheathed measuring insert / resistance thermometer

  • Pt100 temperature sensor in accordance with DIN EN 60751
  • Optional versions with, for example, Pt500 or Pt1000 sensors also available
  • 2-, 3-, or 4-wire configuration
  • For special applications (accuracy), we recommend the use of measuring resistors with reduced tolerance. The resistance values and tolerance limits of our resistance thermometers comply with DIN EN 60751.

Design

  • Various connection heads available
  • The fittings of this product group are equipped with replaceable sheathed measuring inserts
  • Neck tube made of stainless steel in accordance with DIN 43767
  • Weld-in thermowells in accordance with DIN 43772 Form 4; other versions available on request.

Mounting / process connection

  • Optional additional blind flange in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1 (various sizes available)
