Temperature range

Up to +1200°C

Advantages

  • A blind flange mounted or welded onto the protective tube, usually according to DIN EN 1092, enables an absolutely leak-tight connection of the temperature sensor to the system

Sheathed element / Thermocouple(s)

  • Ceramic-insulated thermocouple or sheathed measuring insert

  • Sheathed measuring insert type K, J, N
  • Single, double, and triple configurations available
  • Thermoelectric voltages and tolerances of the thermocouples comply with DIN EN 60584

Design / Construction

  • For sheathed measuring inserts, diameters from 3.0 to 8.0 mm available
  • Outer protective tubes made of stainless or heat-resistant steels, optionally ceramic materials

Beschrei­bungs­text
Unser Ange­bot umfasst Ther­mo­ele­men­te vom Typ K, J und L in Vari­an­ten mit iso­lier­ter oder geer­de­ter Ver­bin­dung. Sen­so­ren wer­den in gera­der oder abge­win­kel­ter Form her­ge­stellt. Für jede Vari­an­te ste­hen 3 typi­sche Mess­spit­zen­for­men zur Ver­fü­gung: flach, halb­rund oder mit einem Spit­zen­win­kel von 118°. Letz­te­rer passt sehr gut in eine Stan­dard-boh­rung. Sen­so­ren wie Ther­mo­ele­men­te Typ K und J sind mit einer Edel­stahl-Druck­fe­der aus­ge­stat­tet,

an der die Ein­bau­län­ge ein­ge­stellt wird. Die Feder sorgt zudem für aus­rei­chend Druck an der Mess­stel­le und schützt das Kabel vor Kni­cken. Die Ein­bau­län­ge ist varia­bel und wird einer­seits durch die Län­ge der Mess­spit­ze und ande­rer­seits durch die Län­ge der Feder begrenzt. Durch den Bajo­nett­an­schluss kön­nen Sie Ein­bau­tie­fe und Klemm­kraft indi­vi­du­ell an Ihren aktu­el­len Bedarf anpas­sen.

Ver­jüng­te Schutz­rohr­spit­ze
Für beson­ders schnel­le Ansprech­zei­ten bei trotz­dem hoher Sta­bi­li­tät kön­nen die Schutz­rohr-spit­zen stu­fen­wei­se ver­jüngt wer­den.
