Plant and mechanical engineering
In plant and mechanical engineering, temperatures are measured at many critical points to monitor processes, ensure safety, and prevent wear. Typical measurement points include, for example, drive and machine components, heat exchangers, boiler systems, pipelines, as well as turbines and generators.
Our temperature sensors for installation in machines are primarily small and compact, as well as particularly resistant to shock and vibration.
The short response times important in plant and mechanical engineering are achieved through small protective tube diameters and, if necessary, tapered protective tube tips.
M12 connectors enable quick and reliable installation. Versions with special connectors also ensure a high protection rating of IP 65 / 67.
