Plant and mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring

In plant and mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring, tem­pe­ra­tures are mea­su­red at many cri­ti­cal points to moni­tor pro­ces­ses, ensu­re safe­ty, and pre­vent wear. Typi­cal mea­su­re­ment points include, for exam­p­le, dri­ve and machi­ne com­pon­ents, heat exch­an­gers, boi­ler sys­tems, pipe­lines, as well as tur­bi­nes and gene­ra­tors.

Our tem­pe­ra­tu­re sen­sors for instal­la­ti­on in machi­nes are pri­ma­ri­ly small and com­pact, as well as par­ti­cu­lar­ly resistant to shock and vibra­ti­on.
The short respon­se times important in plant and mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring are achie­ved through small pro­tec­ti­ve tube dia­me­ters and, if neces­sa­ry, tape­red pro­tec­ti­ve tube tips.

M12 con­nec­tors enable quick and relia­ble instal­la­ti­on. Ver­si­ons with spe­cial con­nec­tors also ensu­re a high pro­tec­tion rating of IP 65 / 67.

Typi­cal designs used in plant and mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring include:
