At our booth, we will pre­sent a wide ran­ge of tem­pe­ra­tu­re sen­sors as well as paten­ted GÜNTHER solu­ti­ons that signi­fi­cant­ly increase the ser­vice life of our sen­sors in direct cont­act with mol­ten glass.

Alre­a­dy in the first year after com­mis­sio­ning, we can draw a posi­ti­ve con­clu­si­on.

The GÜNTHER PV sys­tem, which was put into ope­ra­ti­on in August 2024, achie­ved a total pro­duc­tion of 178,728 kWh for the 2025 calen­dar year. Despi­te below-avera­ge suns­hi­ne hours in autumn and win­ter, a self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy rate of 52% was achie­ved.

Par­ti­cu­lar­ly note­wor­t­hy is the per­for­mance in June: the sys­tem rea­ched a self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy rate of 77% with a self-con­sump­ti­on rate of only 37%. The remai­ning dif­fe­rence of 23% is pri­ma­ri­ly due to night­ti­me demand and the ear­ly mor­ning hours. To clo­se this sup­p­ly gap, we are now inves­t­ing in an addi­tio­nal com­mer­cial sto­rage sys­tem. The goal is to increase the self-suf­fi­ci­en­cy rate to over 95% during the sum­mer months.
