For over 50 years, we have been working with temperature measurements in the glass industry. This long-standing, extensive experience allows us to develop unique designs that ensure high measurement accuracy and long service life.
The environment of glass production places extremely abrasive and thermal demands on every measuring instrument.
To fully meet these extreme operating conditions and ensure the longevity of our products, we consistently use only materials of proven highest quality in the manufacture of our thermocouples and temperature sensors. Each material is carefully selected to optimally withstand corrosion and wear.
Our manufacturing processes, refined over decades, also allow us to produce individually customized sensors, either as single units or in small series.
The constant availability of all raw materials in our warehouse enables us to act quickly and offer our customers a wide variety of designs at short notice.
Most of our sensors can optionally be equipped with a reference port, allowing for control measurements during operation.
In addition to our temperature sensors, we supply the glass industry with special glass level probes and bubbler tubes.

The patented STABITEC reinforcement at the transition from the ceramic protective tube to the platinum tip.
It protects against the ingress of aggressive and harmful gases into the protective fitting and, at the same time, provides highly effective static reinforcement at an otherwise particularly unstable point of the protective fitting.
Only in this way can the service life of heavily stressed temperature sensors, which are in direct contact with the molten glass, be significantly increased.
