Ther­mo­cou­ples and access­ories from the FT-Fire­TECH series are spe­ci­fi­cal­ly desi­gned for fire resis­tance test­ing in fire pro­tec­tion labo­ra­to­ries and meet the requi­re­ments of stan­dard EN 1363-1.
Upon request, the sen­sors can be cali­bra­ted in our in-house cali­bra­ti­on labo­ra­to­ry, accre­di­ted by DAkkS.

Ther­mo­cou­ples with Expo­sure Pla­te

Ther­mo­cou­ples with an expo­sure pla­te are desi­gned for fire resis­tance test­ing in fur­naces. The assem­bly con­sists of a mold­ed pla­te, a ther­mo­cou­ple atta­ched to it, and insu­la­ting mate­ri­al, all in accordance with stan­dard EN 1363-1.

Sur­face Ther­mo­cou­ples from the FT-Fire­TECH Series

Sur­face ther­mo­cou­ples accor­ding to EN 1363-1 are used to mea­su­re the sur­face tem­pe­ra­tu­re of samples during labo­ra­to­ry fire resis­tance tests. The ther­mo­cou­ple con­sists of a cop­per disc with a sold­e­red Type K ther­mo­cou­ple and an insu­la­ting pie­ce.

The sen­sors of the FT-Fire­TECH series are manu­fac­tu­red accor­ding to indi­vi­du­al requi­re­ments. All rele­vant para­me­ters, such as dia­me­ter, length, and shape, are cus­to­mi­zed to meet your instal­la­ti­on needs.
High-qua­li­ty mate­ri­als are used in the pro­duc­tion of the­se sen­sors. The tole­rance of our ther­mo­cou­ples is gene­ral­ly Class 1 accor­ding to IEC 60584-2.
